I don't get the new skittles commercial?

The hourgl represents his life when all the skittles reach the bottom half that means hes going to die... His friend continues to eat them the more time he's taking away from his life thats why hes getting older...by eating the skittles the faster he ages... so pretty much his friend is killing him i love this commercial its too funny.. i hope that clears it up a bit.. not great at explaining things
