For those places Bangkok is the cheapest, than Singapore, then Hong Kong the most expensive. For Chinese Citizen like you, Bangkok will be a better bargain but Hong Kong will be most stylist of all three. For the fashion ones, go to Harbour City/Ocean Ctr for many fashion goods, as well as Times Sq and Sogo Department store for good fashion. For good price for good fashion, Singapore's shopping ctr like Ochard Rd shopping area will be a good place for hunting as there are many discounts recently, as well as many other shopping centres. As for Bangkok, as its pretty cheap, any shopping ctr will do. But beware of rip-off in Bangkok and Hong Kong in some places so have to becareful. Its safe to shop in Singapore anyway.
