Is this a good PSAT score?

That's fine ;) Remember, your scores will improve when you take the SAT (you'll have a few more months of school til then), so don't worry about it too much. My PSAT was only a few points off from yours, and my actual SAT score ended up being much higher, thanks to the time gap for learning. You'll do well, and if your grades/schedule difficulty/extracurriculars are up to par, you'll be a competitive applicant ;)
