Is there a different between LIGHT skin and DARK skin MENTALLY wise?

No, I don't feel that way at all. People have their own definition on what they consider light and dark I've actually had some one told me that I was light (weird?) Obviously you have some type of insecurities that you need to fix and work on. Skin color doesn't define a person, @least not mentally, well it shouldn't.
