So sick, what does it sound like I have?

I began to feel ill about 8 days ago. It started off with a cold and a fever. Each day I would get progressively worse. So about 5 days into the cold, I had a runny/ congested nose, a fever, chills, a cough, a sore throat, and I was nauseated, throwing up occasionally. The past two nights, I have been coughing non stop. I still have a fever and the cold symptoms but now my lower left side is hurting and my back killllls.
