Been TTC #1 for 4 years, is there any hope left?

Don't give up. Keep trying. When I was 17, I had tons of problems with cysts. They were destroying my ovaries. Multiple doctors told me I probably wouldn't be able to conceive from the damage that had been done. Was very irregular. Would not get a period for months, other times I would bleed for over a month straight. Just before getting married, I went a birth control for a few months to control the cysts and regulate my estrogen levels. Went off for a few months and we were able to conceive our 2nd month of trying!!! I nursed until she was 13 months and we tried for another and conceived the first month. I didn't have any cyst problems while nursing. Good luck and keep trying. Seriously just try to have fun with it.
