Does anyone remember a brain transplant?

Movie? I seem to remember two women who were injured. One had severe brain injuries the other bodily injuries. The women with Brain injuries dies and they implanted the brain of the other women into her body. I can remember the women who now has a different body visiting the home of the dead women(who's body she has) and comforting the child who could not understand the situation. It was on tv years ago
