Hacking Animal Crossing: City Folk?

I'm using ACToolKit to hack my town. Is there anything more I can do? For example, is there something I can do to refresh my flowers without having to water them? Because I used the toolkit to plant flowers but as soon as I turn my game on, half of them are wilted. It looks really bad! And if I have a friend who wants lots of flowers so is there any way I can get them for her without having to do the SD card stuff with the toolkit and installing the game again?
