Islamic question on intimacy?

Salam to my Muslim brothers and sisters. Eid Mubarak. I have a question about uality in Islam.What is the hukm if the husband decline the wife's pardon of having intimacy. Besides, what is the hukm of masturbation in Islam. Thanks Jazakallah
