What mafia wars game has bank interest rates?

i use to play a mafia wars game that had interest rates in the bank. it was like 1% and 2% for members or something like that. i use to play but i dont remember what it was. i want to play again and stuff and hope someone can tell me the game or games that do this cool stuff. anyways, u could gamble play blackjack and stuff and you could take hits out on people... pretty cool game :D
