Movie about witch girls?

so i saw this movie, and it was really good but i cant remember the title. its about this girl in like the 30's who is sent to an all girls school in the woods because she sets fires. shes a red head. so there is like a conspiracy about how the teachers are in like a covenant and they need her. the "theme" song is "you dont own me"-by lesley gore thanks!
