Is this normal for guys?

Ok, I gave my crush this hershey kiss and card today and it seemed like he didn't care. Well, when i gave it to him he kept the same facial expression the whole time and he also just said ok when i gave it to him. Not even a thank u!!!! so is that normal or should i talk to him about it?
